For candidates

The employer pays my fee. Candidates never pay. Always.

People first. Without exception.

Our recruitment principles

  1. 01

    A contract before you travel

A written employment contract in a language you understand, before departure.

  2. 02

    No candidate fees

You never pay a recruitment fee. The employer pays.

  3. 03

    Your passport stays with you

Your passport always remains in your possession.

  4. 04

    Licensed recruitment

Recruitment through licensed agencies, following the laws of both your home country and destination. Recruitment from outside the EU always uses a licensed agency in your home country.

Working abroad, safely

I recruit chefs, service staff and supervisors from the Nordics, and kitchen, service and DFAC personnel through my network from Africa, Somalia and Afghanistan. Recruitment from outside the EU always works with licensed agencies in your home country.

Red flags

  • You are asked to pay a fee for the job, visa, training or medical exam.
  • You are asked to hand over your passport.
  • You are given a different contract on arrival.
  • Vague answers about salary, accommodation or working hours.
  • You are told to work on a tourist visa.

If you see any of these, walk away.
