Experience behind the assessment
My background includes years in Somalia and Afghanistan, working in demanding catering environments with SKA International. I understand the practical needs of camp kitchens and can act as the client's kitchen expert when assessing candidates supplied by licensed recruitment agencies. The Gulf is a secondary target market; I have never run a kitchen there.
