Why a chef-led recruitment agency
A CV does not show how someone works on a busy service. I have run brigades in embassy kitchens in Tokyo, resorts on Zanzibar, contractor kitchens in Afghanistan and Mogadishu, and an Arctic resort in Lofoten.
