What we collect
Candidates: name, contact details, CV, work experience and any information you choose to send. Employers: name, company, contact details and staffing needs. Forms on this site open your own email program — nothing is stored on the website.
Why we use it
To match candidates with roles, to answer enquiries and to carry out recruitment assignments. The legal basis is your consent or steps taken at your request before an agreement.
Who we share it with
A candidate's details are only shared with an employer or licensed partner agency for a specific role, after the candidate has agreed. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for recruitment, or until you ask us to delete it. [ADD RETENTION PERIOD]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@nordicbrigade.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
