Chefs for Japan and Asia
Kitchen and service staff for international hotels, embassies and private residences in Japan and across Asia.
Experience behind the assessment
I cooked in embassy kitchens in Tokyo from 2002 to 2008, including ambassadors' residences, where discretion and high service standards are essential. Candidates can be recruited from the Nordics and through licensed partners in Southeast Asia, with employee protection at the centre of the process.
