Nordic seasons
Seasonal chefs for the Nordic peak seasons
Seasonal chefs, cooks and kitchen staff for hotels, restaurants and resorts across Finland, Sweden and Norway — from Nordic Lapland and Lofoten to the Swedish mountains and the fjords.
Experience behind the assessment
I started my career in Swedish kitchens in 1986 and have worked the Arctic season myself, in an Arctic resort kitchen in Lofoten. I know what the midnight-sun rush demands of a kitchen brigade: stamina, planning and people who hold together far from home. That is what I look for when I assess candidates for Nordic employers.
